For visitors following older links
Looking for the former Magpie Twitter service?
The domain’s earlier use
Older links to be-a-magpie.com may refer to a Twitter advertising network that connected advertisers with people sharing sponsored tweets.
In July 2011, IZEA announced that it had acquired the Magpie Twitter advertising network and planned to migrate its users to SponsoredTweets.com. That announcement concerns the historical service, not an account or advertising offer from today’s publication.
What this website offers today
This website now publishes Magpie Business News: business and economics coverage, official releases and company announcements.
The current publication is not the former Twitter advertising platform. It does not provide that service’s member portal, paid-tweet tools or historical account balances. An editor account on this website is not a replacement for an old Magpie member account.
Following an old member link
If you arrived through an older /twitterer or members.be-a-magpie.com link, this page explains why the former login or Twitter monetisation screen is not available here.
Do not submit old passwords, payment details or account credentials through this website’s enquiry form.
Where to go next
For current company announcements or sponsorship enquiries, contact the publication through Partner with us.
